Refund & Cancellation Policy
We value professionalism, clarity, and mutual respect. Please review the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
Payments
All coaching services must be paid for in advance. Payments are non-refundable once coaching has begun.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Exceptions
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
